MEET OUR TEAM

Sheila Shipley is a twenty-seven-year veteran of the Commercial & Residential real estate industry. Her experience includes owning and managing three very successful companies. She has won numerous awards including Lifetime Chairman's Club Achievements. Not only is she in a class of her own but has also done things that most companies set their combined goals to accomplish. Aaron Shipley is the son and business partner of Sheila Shipley. He has been in and around the real estate industry for over twenty years. His lifetime around real estate has helped him to learn not only the ins and outs and the language of the industry but also the mentality it takes to treat people the way they should be treated. His experience includes three years in the mortgage business where he did financing on all types of loans. He also two four-year degrees in business from the University of Tennessee. This gives him an abundance of knowledge in marketing, finance and negotiations.
